APSE Northern Ireland represents 12 local authorities across the region as well as the Education Boards - North Eastern, South Eastern, Western, Southern and Belfast Education Library Boards. The Department of Finance and Personnel, NIPSA, NIHE and LGSC for NI are Associate members.
