APSE Northern

APSE Northern represents 70 authorities across the north which includes the Greater Manchester and Merseyside conurbations, Cumbria and the Lake District, the North East, Lancashire, Cheshire, Lincolnshire and Yorkshire and Humberside. APSE Northern has a great reputation for active regional seminars developing strong networking opportunities. We vary our seminar programmes across different services or themes and rotate the locations between different sub-regional areas.
